 The Saint Mary School Community

God our Father,
Your Holy Spirit binds us all in love.
We see your Spirit at work in our world,
Breathing your gifts into all who belong to you-
Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, Counsel,
Strength, Wonder, and Reverence.
Please give us these gifts, too!
We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen

• JUSTICE IS ...”: The Greater Hartford Legal Aid sponsors an art contest that is an important opportunity for the students to consider and articulate visually the meaning of civil justice in our lives, as part of our heritage and responsibility in American society. More importantly the goal fits nicely with Catholic Social Teaching.

The artwork of two students from Saint Mary School was selected for an award. These students along with the school, DO NOT know what position these students have placed. The students, as well as the school, will be presented with awards at a ceremony in May.

The students representing us at the Eleventh Annual Art Contest for “Justice is” are:

Katharine Reilly
