HSA Activities Volunteer Sign Up Information & Form

Below is a list of activities that have been scheduled for the 2006 -2007 school year. A brief description is listed for your information. Your assistance is needed to help us plan, organize and run these fun events. *Asterisked items do not require daytime availability.

Volunteering is a great way to meet people and to get involved. Please consider being a chairperson or helping out with these fundraisers.

The Home and School Association welcomes everyone’s input and will be having open meetings the 1^st Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the school gym. Please feel free to come and share any comments or suggestions that you have.

Golf Tournament Date TBA	$125.00 Entrance fee which includes - 18 holes of golf, golf cart, buffet, raffles and prizes. Contact Stephen Wicke for more information 860-944-2829.

Sporting Event Raffle Tickets will be available to sell	A chance to win a trip for two to a sporting event of your choice or a vacation getaway. Value up to $6,500.00.

Family Bingo Night Date TBA	Various help needed. Caller, kitchen help, cleanup.

Christmas Shopping Day December 8, 2006	Susan Gibbon, Committee Chair. Setup, cashier, wrap, help shop, cleanup help needed.

Winter Family Night Bingo February 23, 2007	Various help needed. Caller, kitchen help, cleanup.

Spring Fling / Silent Auction April 27, 2007	Variety of help need. Ticket sales, raffle prizes, auction items

Book Fair May 8 - 10, 2007 Setup is May 7, 2007	Jennifer Robinson, Committee Chair. A variety of help is needed along with setting up and breaking down.

Grandparents Day-May 2007	Kitchen setup, kitchen cleanup

Room Parent - All Year	Class parties, teacher gift, early dismissal phone tree

Lunchroom volunteer - All Year	Serve prepared food to children during lunch period
